Every detection arrives with a card carrying its source: the file, the page and the line — and the lawyer accepts, corrects or rejects it, with every decision kept in an audit record.

Questions people actually ask
Why isn’t the Ministry of Justice app enough for me?
Because it answers a question you ask it. You open it, enter a case number, and it gives you that case’s status — a useful service, and we are no replacement for it. But it assumes you already know there is something to ask about. Wakeel alerts you to what you did not ask about: it reads the published rolls and tells you when your client’s name appears in them, including in a case filed under the opposing party’s name that you did not know existed.
How do I find out the outcome of a hearing?
When the session roll is published, Wakeel detects your client’s appearance in it and shows what the decision column says as it is written, together with the date of the next hearing if one is given. We do not rewrite the decision and we do not interpret it — the text as published, with its source one click away.
Is this another practice-management system?
No. Practice-management tools are containers you fill: you enter the case and the hearing, and they remind you of it. Wakeel starts from the other end — the officially published source is what fills the system — and then what has been detected becomes a task and a date inside the firm’s working day.
What has actually been built, and what has not?
Detection, indexing and reports are built and running daily, and isolation of firms’ data is built and tested. Early access is open to selected firms now — we say what we have built and what we have measured, and what has not been tested yet we call exactly that.
